Q. Do I need to book? 

A. We recommend pre-booking for the FRIGHTS evening rides as you may be very disappointed if rides sell out. PLUS- by pre-booking you save money (book ONLINE for the biggest saving)

There's no need to book if you just want to come for the DAYTIME ticket but this doesn't include all the best bits!

Q. How do I book?

A. The best way to book is ONLINE You can also book in the farm shop or over the phone on (0151) 648 7838  OPTION 2.

REMEMBER -that internet bookings are £1.00 per ticket cheaper than phone bookings

Q. How / when do I get my tickets? 

A. Tickets aren’t posted out, you collect them when you turn up on the night.
 

Q. I need to cancel my tickets- how do I do this?

A. As stated in the terms and conditions there are no ticket refunds for any reason. If you're not able to come then please give/sell your tickets to friends or neighbours. It may be possible to transfer your tickets to another time if it's more than 10 days before your booked ride, but this is normally subject to an admin fee.

Q. I need to transfer my tickets to another time- how do I do this?

A.  Tickets can be transferred to another date or time at our discretion when possible. This can only be done more than 10 days before your booked ride time. A  £5.00 administration fee applies to any ticket changes.

Q. I can't remember which date/time I have booked for. How can I check?

A.  For all internet ticket bookings please email FRIGHTS@churchfarm.org.uk with your order number and surname. For rides booked over the phone then please call (0151) 648 7838   OPTION 2

 Q. Is the ride suitable for my x year old??  

A. We don’t give exact age guidance, as it does depend on the child, you know him or her best! FRIGHTS has been designed for children 4 - 11 years old, but some younger kids love it and some older children will be scared. Best to read our descriptions of the event and make your own decision. Call us if you have any specific questions. 

Q. Do babies go free of charge? 

A: FRIGHTS is not suitable for babies- we do not recommend bringing babies to the evening rides. The daytime activities are of course suitable for most ages.

Q. Do I have to accompany my children? 

A: There must be someone 18 or over in any group WITH A TICKET. Children without adequate supervision will be refused entry.

Q. What if I'm late? 

A. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your ride time. If you're late you will miss the FRIGHTS Mystery Mission Ride but you'll still be able to go on the other attractions.

Q: Will I get scared?

A: There are monsters and ghouls on all FRIGHTS rides who will get very close to you at times but all scares are framed in a funny way and you can meet the monsters/ actors afterwards if you like so you don't have nightmares!

Q: When can I go to the MONSTER MAZE and FRIGHT TRAIN?

 A: The maze and train will be operating from 4.00pm on most ride evenings.You can go any time between then and the end of FRIGHTS around 6.30pm, before or after your MYSTERY MISSION ride.

Q. Can I book a group visit? 

A. You can, but please book early. There is a separate eating area that you can have for an extra charge. Sorry, but due to the high demand for this event there are no group discounts. For groups bigger than 32, you’ll have separate MYSTERY MISSION  Rides. Group queries to This email address is being protected from spambots. Q. Is there any alcohol served? 

A: No chance. FRIGHTS and alcohol don’t mix. We don’t serve it, and if you’re caught drunk, or with alcohol on you, you’ll be asked to leave. Bag searches may be in operation. 

Q. Can I smoke?  

A. Yes, but only in designated areas. Please don’t smoke in the forest or near the buildings, for obvious reasons.  

Q. How long does FRIGHTS last?  

A. The FRIGHTS ticket includes your three rides in the evening and daytime activity timetable. We recommend arriving about 1pm and staying until after your rides.

Q. What should we wear? 

A. No formal dress code! Dress up if you like, that’s always fun. Something sensible on your feet and warm on your body would help. There is a fancy dress competition during the day (SEE ACTIVITY TIMETABLE) so if you dress up you have a chance of winning something. 

Q. What refreshments will be available? 

A: You can get snacks and hot and cold drinks from the Chocky Horror Shop

Q: I'm pregnant, can I go to FRIGHTS?

A: We don't recommend the evening FRIGHTS rides for pregnant women and those with heart conditions.

Q: Is strobe lighting used?

A: We are not currently planning to use strobe lighting. Do check with a member of staff upon arrival though!
