Celebrate
your special occasion down on the farm, with friends,
family and all the Church Farm animals!
You’ll
have lots of fun, there’s plenty to see and
do here. Stroke a rabbit, beat your friend at go-kart
racing, ride around on the tractor, feed a sheep,
pick a potato… Your day’s sure to be
a memorable one!
Church
Farm parties are for children (and adults!) of all
ages.
For 2009
we’re offering two party options with something
to suit every budget. Choose from the DIY farm party
or go for the classic hosted farm party.

The
DIY party option includes the following -
- Use
of indoor party room for two hours (bring decorations
so it looks just the way you want it to)
- Access
to the go-karts, sand pit, swings and slides,
colouring room and the rest of our fun farm attractions

Walk around the farm and enjoy the beautiful views
-
Visit the goats, pigs, geese, alpacas, sheep and
all our other animals

The
classic party includes all the elements of the DIY
party PLUS:
- It’s
hosted by the farmer
-
You get a tractor ride around the farm
-
The farmer takes you to meet, feed and stroke
the animals, and tells you lots more about them
-
Learn about how your favourite vegetable is grown
-
Pick and take something home (this could be carrots,
strawberries, potatoes, whatever’s in the
ground)

A
party with character
Have a very special guest
at your party!
Book a Church Farm character
to make a surprise appearance. You can choose
from Ted Bear, the Easter Bunny, a werewolf
or Father Christmas.
Your Church Farm character
will greet all the guests, pose for pictures
and entertain everyone.
Characters
can be booked with a DIY or a classic party,
and are £30 extra for a 20 minute appearance.

Time
Slots for 2009
All parties
must be pre-booked and you can choose from three time
slots on Saturdays and Sundays:
10.00am-12.00noon
1.00pm-3.00pm
4.00pm-6.00pm.
If you want your party on a weekday or another time,
just ask and we'll see what we can do.
Food
We don't supply any food so be sure to bring along lots
of tasty goodies for your guests.
Booking
To make a booking
please come to the farm shop or give us a call with payment
card details. A non-refundable deposit is required at
the time of booking, which is deducted from the total
amount. (£40 required for DIY, £70 for hosted)
Further
help for party hosts
When inviting
guests you can mention our website www.churchfarm.org.uk
which has a map and directions to the farm. Upon arrival,
please go up to the conservatory area. Parking is available
nearby. Ensure little guests are dressed appropriately
for the conditions - Wellington boots recommended.
