My
boyfriend and I had this when in Japan, and
as soon as we got home we made it -
lovely starter to munch on while you’re
waiting for dinner! We make em by getting
some nice streaky bacon, bashing and stretching
it so it’s quite thin, and then wrapping
each asparagus stalk in a strip of bacon.
Bake them in the over for 10 minutes (til
the bacon is browned) and serve with soy sauce.
Yummy…
