At Church Farm Organics, a multi award winning family business, we are looking for fun, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our small events team.

You will have good communication skills as this role will require face to face contact with customers. As part of our events team you will be confident and polite putting the needs of the customer first.

You will be responsible for admitting customers to the farm attraction area of the farm and explaining the attractions within. There are also some setup and end of day tasks to prepare the area for the public.

The suitable candidate does not need any previous experience but must be polite, honest, reliable and friendly.

You will have good communication skills as this role will require face to face contact with customers. As part of our shop team you will be confident and polite putting the needs of the customer first.

You will be responsible for serving customers in both the coffee shop and at the main shop counter and also management of stock levels and displays.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a retail environment and a customer service background. They will be flexible and adaptable.
