FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What dates are the Halloween activities running?

For 2017 we have Halloween activities on the following dates- Sat 7 & Sun 8, Sat 14 & Sun 15 then every day from Sat 21 - Sun 29 October.

How much does everything cost?

Do see our admission prices and prices for optional extras at the bottom of this page.

Can we come along just to pick pumpkins (without the other activities)?

No, pumpkin picking is only available as part of our Halloween Half-Term activity timetable. Ready picked pumpkins are available to buy in the farm shop if you prefer.

Do we need to pay for the pumpkins?

Yes, your admission ticket includes loads of activities including the tractor ride up to the pumpkin patch. Once up in the pumpkin patch you may choose to buy a pumpkin using cash.

How much are the pumpkins?

Pumpkins are priced from £2 - £5

Can we buy wholesale pumpkins from you?

Sorry, no. We only supply our own farm shop and pumpkin picking customers.

Can we pay by card (credit or debit)?

We accept cash and card payment in the farm admission shed and coffee shop. Pumpkin sales, barrel train tickets and ice cream are all cash-only though so you may want to bring along some pocket money for those.

Are dogs allowed on the farm?

Dogs are not allowed on most areas of the farm. We do this to protect our farm animals from possible harm. Dogs are welcome in the middle canvas section of the coffee shop.

Do we need to book tickets?

No, you can just turn up on the day. Please be advised that this event can be busy and we recommend selecting an early date or weekday if you'd like to have a quieter visit.

Is it scary?

No- most activities are designed to be fun rather than frightening. The Beastly Barrel train does have monsters so do avoid that option if you're unsure about scaring little ones!
